Exhibition Rules and Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, "PlayX4" has the following processing policies to protect users' personal information and protect their rights and interests, and to smoothly deal with users' grievances related to personal information.
This policy will take effect on January 1, 2024.
KINTEX (referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses guidelines for processing personal information as follows in order to protect the personal information of the data subject in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly deal with related grievances.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act will be implemented.
1. Membership and management of the website
Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the intention to join the membership, identification and certification based on the provision of membership services, maintenance and management of membership, identification based on the implementation of a limited identification system, prevention of illegal use of services, confirmation of the consent of a legal representative when processing personal information for children under the age of 14, various notices and notices, and grievances.

1. The company processes the personal information of the data subject only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Personal Information Processing Purpose), and may provide personal information to a third party in cases falling under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of the data subject and special provisions of the law.

Article 4 (Consignment of Personal Information Processing)

2. 3. If the details of the consignment work or the trustee changes, we will disclose it through this personal information processing policy without delay.

Article 5 (Rights and obligations of data subjects and methods of exercise)
1. The data subject may exercise the following privacy-related rights against the Company at any time.

2. The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 may be made to the company in writing, by phone, by e-mail, etc., and the company will take action without delay.
3. If the data subject requests correction or deletion of an error in personal information, the company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
4. The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 may be made through an agent, such as the legal representative of the data subject or the person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. The data subject shall not infringe on the personal information and privacy of the data subject or others that the company is processing in violation of related laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.
